This may include but is not restricted to delays or inconvenience caused by mechanical breakdown, medical issues or other conditions beyond our control.
A spirit of adventure and exploration is required of all GeoQwest clients. Our safaris are not scripted as are conventional tours and changes to the routes, timing and
tour content are routine.
An extensive Waiver of Liability is required of all clients. By participating in any GeoQwest activity you willingly accept responsibility for your own safety and will hold GeoQwest and
any of it's employees, agents and associated persons harmless of any lega or economic liability. An Indemnity Form is required for all clients under the age of 18
accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. These are legally binding agreements and must be read carefully.
A passenger in a four wheel drive vehicle, no matter how well designed or driven, inherently requires a minimum level of physical conditioning.
Persons with adverse back, neck or heart conditions that could be aggravated by the jostling inevitable in driving backroads should not participate in our activities.
Those prone to vehicle motion sickness may not enjoy our style of travel. Women in their second trimester or later stage of pregnancy should not participate.
Routes chosen are done so with years of off road driving experience. Those unfamiliar with 4x4 travel
may be alarmed at some very passable terrains. Please understand, as an individual in a group of clients, there is little option in the backcountry for leaving the tour.

Oh... one other thing..."facilities" are limited or non existent. Or they are everywhere, depending on your outlook.
Don't be shy! A shovel and a smile are all that's truly needed!
